About Us

What Is This?

We are making the Wagyu of pork. In Japan, the most prized cuts of beef are Wagyu, and the most prized cuts of pork are called Kurobuta. Kurobuta pork is from an old English breed, the Berkshire pig. Breed alone is not the reason it is so sought after: Kurobuta pork is well marbled and raised on pastures. It is our mission to get our pork to the official Kurobuta level. We also want our pork to not be only for the wealthy. The average person should be able to afford healthy, good-quality food. We are dedicated to making an affordable product without sacrificing quality.

Superior
Quality

Our pork is not the plain grey pork sold at most stores.  The pork we offer is rich in color and well marbled. Raised on pasture and in woodland, our hogs are allowed to live like pigs, creating a better product for you.

FAQs

Common Queries

"What is Regenerative Agriculture?"

Regenerative Agriculture is a system of farming focused on improving the ecology of the land, starting with the soil. By working with the cycles and systems of the environment, we give to the land instead of taking from it. Regenerative Agriculture can turn compact, barren land where only the toughest of weeds could survive into lush, healthy ecosystems.

"Is it organic?"

No, we are not organic due to the surrounding fields and because we offer our animals breads, fruits, and vegetables that would have gone to waste in landfills, rotting. Despite that, we do want to progress towards being as organic as possible in the future.

"Do you deliver?"
