We rendered it down ourselves and we use it as none stick for cooking. Lard is a versatile cooking ingredient that adds flavor when fried or even baked with. Could also be used for making soaps. Our jars of lard are 16 oz or 1 pint. We ensure that each can is pressured sealed before it gets to you. Whilst the can is sealed it does not need to be refrigerated but once opened it will need to be refrigerated.
